On the CELTA course, the lessons that you teach and are assessed on are backed up by the theory and practical know-how that you get from the daily input sessions. In this demo input session, we will be looking at some of the most important aspects of classroom management. We will delve into setting up tasks and giving instructions, effectively monitoring our students, and dealing with some of the problems that might arise during a lesson. Alexandru ANUȘCA initially studied Advertising in the UK, but he decided that becoming a teacher would be a more rewarding career to pursue. After getting his DELTA qualification, he became a CELTA tutor. 

His experience includes working with adults, young learners and teens, and has taught both general English classes as well as exam ones. He has been a course coordinator and holds in-house training sessions for teachers, and has acted as a mentor for new colleagues.
